The Chairperson requested approval of the minutes of the Thursday, February 9, 2021 meeting. Motion to approve the minutes was made by Vice Chariperson Ellis and seconded by Ranking Minority Ruiz. Motion carried.
The Chairperson opened the hearing on HB2020. Conferees appearing before the Committee:

The Chairperson closed the hearing on HB2020. Representative Neelly motioned to suspend the rules to allow final action on HB2020, Motion was seconded by Representative Collins. Motion carried. Representative Proctor motioned to pass HB2020 out of committee. Motion was seconded by Representative Johnson. Motion carried. unanimously. Let it be noted that all committee members wanted their support for this motion to be recorded. There were no nays. With no further business before the committee, the meeting was adjourned by the Chairperson at 10:00am The next regularly scheduled meeting is Tuesday, February 23 and is "on call of the chair".
