AN ACT concerning children and minors; relating to procedures in investigations of child abuse or neglect; requiring a child abuse review and evaluation referral; creating a program in the department of health and environment for the training and payment for child abuse review and evaluation examinations; defining child abuse review and evaluation providers, networks and examinations and child abuse medical resource centers; amending K.S.A. 38-2202 and 38-2226 and repealing the existing sections.
