AN ACT concerning the Kansas public employees retirement system; making and concerning appropriations for the fiscal years ending June 30, 2022, and June 30, 2023; authorizing certain transfers from the state general fund to the Kansas public employees retirement fund; requiring state finance council approval for such fiscal year 2023 transfers; establishing employer contribution rates for fiscal years 2023 and 2024; amending K.S.A. 2021 Supp. 74-4920 and repealing the existing section.
