AN ACT concerning transportation; relating to commercial driver's education; transferring authority over driver's education programs operated by certain postsecondary institutions and driver training schools to the department of revenue; authorizing the department of revenue to promulgate rules and regulations therefor; amending K.S.A. 8-273, 8-274, 8-275, 8-276, 8-277, 8-278, 8-279 and 8-280 and K.S.A. 2021 Supp. 8-267 and 8-272 and repealing the existing sections.
