Chairperson Warren called for discussion and action on HB2515.
Senator Warren proposed an effective date amendment and discussed the proposed amendment changing the effective date upon publication in the "statute book" to "Kansas register" on page 11, line 41. (Attachment 11)
Senator Warren moved to adopt the amendment. Senator Gossage seconded. The motion carried.
Senator Warren moved to recommend HB2515, as amended, favorably for passage. Senator Haley seconded. The motion carried.
