Chairperson Warren opened the hearing on HB2515.
Jason Thompson, Senior Assistant Revisor, provided an overview of the bill and stood for questions. (Attachment 6)
Jennifer Roth testified in support of HB2515, stating the Kansas Offender Registration Act (KORA) used to have an early registration removal process, cited reasons for that process to return, and concluded with recommendations supporting an exit mechanism and stood for questions. (Attachment 7)
