Chairman Landwehr stated that without objection the committee would work SB200. There were no objections.
Scott Abbott, Revisor of Statutes, provided an overview of the balloon amendments for SB200 (Attachment 21).
Representative Eplee motioned and Representative Kelly seconded the addition of the balloon amendments. Motion carried
Representative Eplee motioned and Representative Kelly seconded that SB200 should be passed out favorably as amended. Motion carried.
The meeting was adjourned at 3:13 PM.
