Chairman Landwehr moved without objection to work SB348.
Representative Eplee motioned and Representative Wolfe-Moore seconded to remove from page 3, line 9 any part of the body and inserting front of the neck and on line 12 to add or the manipulation of thread using teeth. Motion carried.
Representative Eplee motioned and Representative Kelly seconded to pass out SB348 as amended favorably. Motion carried.
