Kyle Hamilton, Office of the Revisor, provided information about the bill including a technical amendment.(Attachment 2)
Representative Newland moved, seconded by Representative Moser to pass favorably the amendment. Motion carried.
Representative Newland moved, seconded by Representative Moser, to pass favorably HB2605 as amended from Committee. The motion carried.
Chairperson Rahjes noted that the committee would not meet again until at least Wednesday, March 2, 2022 and to look for the Committee Agenda for specific meeting dates.
With no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
