Chairperson Bowers opened the hearing on SB427. Charles Reimer, staff revisor, presented a briefing on the bill.
Mark Skoglund testified in support of SB427. Mr. Skoglund indicated the bill addresses technical and procedural changes to the campaign finance act. Mr. Skoglund provided an overview of the five corrections. (Attachment 1) Mr. Skoglund addressed questions from the Committee.
