Representative Highberger proposed an amendment and discussed the changes. (Attachment 24)
Representative Highberger moved, Representative Smith seconded, to adopt the amendment, the motion carried.
Representative Smith moved, Representative Kuether seconded, to recommend HB2607, as amended, favorably for passage. The motion carried.
Representatives Highberger and Carmichael requested their "aye" vote be recorded.
The meeting was adjourned at 3:00 PM.
