Chairperson Billinger called for final action on SB 421.
Senator Claeys moved, Senator Fagg seconded, to recommend SB 421 favorably for passage.
Senator Hawk distributed a balloon amendment and discussed the proposed changes. (Attachment 5)
Senator Hawk moved, Senator Pettey seconded, adoption of the balloon amendment. Motion failed.
Back on the original motion, motion carried.
Chairperson Billinger adjourned the meeting at 11:36 am. The next meeting will be February 15, 2022.
