Senator Doll offered an amendment to the bill which Tamera Lawrence explained.(Attachment 2)
Senator Doll moved and Senator Fagg seconded to adopt the amendment. Motion carried.
Senator Doll moved and Senator Fagg seconded to recommend SB417, as amended, favorably. Motion carried.
