Chairperson Bergquist opened the hearing on HB 2579 and asked Revisor Heim to give an overview of the bill. There were no questions.
Mr. Skoglund was recognized by Chairperson Bergquist and gave proponent testimony on the bill. (Attachment 3)
Chairperson Bergquist recognized Clay Barker, Deputy Assistant Secretary of State, General Counsel. Mr. Barker also gave proponent testimony on HB 2579. (Attachment 4) The Committee members asked questions.
