Chairman Landwehr announce the committee would be working HB2463.
A copy of the bill was presented to the committee. It was noted due to previous discussions that the extension would only be for one year and the date changes were shown. Additional dialog to be inserted was discussed.
Representative Ruiz motioned and Representative Wolfe-Moore seconded a motion to table final action until a letter from the Attorney General was received. Motion carried. Division was called. Yea votes 10, nay votes 5.
