Chairperson Warren called for final action on HB2361.
Jason Thompson, Senior Assistant Revisor, distributed a proposed senate substitute for HB2361. (Attachment 13) The revisor discussed the proposed substitute with the current versions of the statute and the same amendments then responded to questions from Committee members.
Senator Warren moved, Senator Haley seconded, to adopt the amendment. The motion carried.
Senate Gossage moved to recommend Senate Substitute for HB2361 favorably for passage. Senator Corson seconded. The motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 11:23 a.m.
