Senator Warren reviewed SB300 and presented a technical amendment changing the dates "2020" to "2021" in the referenced statute. Senator Warren responded to questions. (Attachment 2)
Senator Gossage moved, Senator Baumgardner seconded, to adopt the amendment. The motion carried.
Senator Baumgardner moved, Senator Gossage seconded, to recommend SB300, as amended, favorably for passage. The motion carried.
