Chairperson Finch opened the hearing on HCR 5023 and acknowledged Nick Myers, Revisor, Office of Revisor of Statutes. Revisor Myers provided a synopsis of the house concurrent resolution. (Attachment 1)

Chairperson Finch announced HCR 5023 will be worked during the next scheduled committee meeting on Tuesday, February 1, 2022. While the legislature does not investigate these type of things, it is important that the legislature speak with one voice on behalf of the Kansas ratepayers.
