Chairperson Billinger distributed a proposed balloon amendment and discussed the changes. (Attachment 4)
Chairperson Billinger moved, Senator Claeys seconded, adoption of the balloon amendment. Motion carried.
Senator Claeys moved, Senator Kerschen seconded, to recommend HB 2401, as amended, favorably for passage. Motion carried.
Chairperson Billinger adjourned the meeting at 12:03 pm.
