Senator Straub distributed and explained a balloon amendment. (Attachment 2)
Senator Straub moved, Senator Ryckman seconded to adopt the balloon amendment. Discussion ensued.
Senator Francisco moved, Senator Haley seconded, to adopt a substitute balloon amendment. (Attachment 3) Senator Francisco distributed and explained the substitute balloon amendment. Motion failed.
Back on the motion by Senator Straub, motion carried.
Senator Straub moved, Senator Thompson seconded, to recommend HB2090 as amended, favorably for passage. Motion carried.
