Senator McGinn moved, Senator Hawk seconded, to amend the bill to strike $15 thousand and insert $12 thousand in order to line up with what the Committee did in the budget. Motion carried.
Senator McGinn moved, Senator Claeys seconded, to recommend HB 2248, as amended, favorably for passage. Motion carried.
