Senator McGinn distributed a proposed balloon amendment and discussed the changes. (Attachment 16)
Senator McGinn moved, Senator Claeys seconded, adoption of the balloon amendment. Motion carried.
Senator McGinn moved, Senator Claeys seconded, to recommend SB 154, as amended, favorably for passage. Motion carried.
Chairperson Billinger adjourned the meeting 11:40 am. The next meeting will be March 24, 2021.
