Representative Hoheisel moved adoption of an amendment, (Attachment 3) seconded by Representative Ballard. Motion carried. Back on the bill as amended. Representative Hoheisel moved SB167, as amended, become H Sub for SB 167, seconded by Representative Ballard. Motion carried
