Chairperson Hilderbrand opened the hearing on SB298.
Alexandra Blasi gave proponent testimony on SB298. The Board recommends several drugs be added to Schedules I, II, IV and V, and the descheduling of the FDA-approved drug Epidiolex, of which the main active ingredient is cannabidiol. This will mirror the Federal descheduling of this drug. (Attachment 6)
She took questions from committee members.
