The Chairperson asked David Wiese, Assistant Revisor, to provide an overview of SB86. (Attachment 3)
Vice Chairperson Croft moved. Representative Neighbor seconded, to recommend SB86 favorably for passage.
The Chairperson then asked that the balloon amendment he proposed, be released to the Committee. He explained that the amendment simply changes the enactment date.
Vice-Chairperson Croft moved, Representative Neighbor seconded, to recommend the amendment favorable for passage. Motion carried..
