Representative Delperdang moved to amend SB33 into SB99, (Attachment 3) seconded by Representative Francis. Motion carried. Representative Helgerson moved to amend SB99, as amended, into H Sub. for SB99, seconded by Representative Ballard. Motion carried.
Announcements -
The Chairman announced that the next Committee meeting will be on March 17th. The Committee will hear SB127 and SB167 plus have a presentation by the Kansas County Treasurers.
