Chairperson Patton opened the hearing on SB60. Natalie Scott provided an overview of the bill. (Attachment 7)

Kris Ailslieger (Attachment 8), representing the Kansas Attorney General's office, stated they support SB60 in order to prevent out-of-state actors whose criminal acts have detrimental effects within Kansas from evading prosecution.
