Chairperson Barker opened the hearing on HB2403. Matt Sterling, Revisor, provided an overview of the bill (Attachment 5). Questions were asked by Representatives Arnberger, Carpenter, and Howe.
Chairperson Barker recognized the following individuals who provided proponent testimony on HB2403: Phil Cosby (Attachment 6) (Attachment 6A) (Attachment 6B) (Attachment 6C); Jeannette Pryor (Attachment 7); Hasna Sal (Attachment 8); Scott Bergthold (Attachment 9); and Sheriff Calvin Hayden (Attachment 10).
Chairperson Barker allowed questioning of the various proponents.
Chairperson Barker recognized Phil Bradley as an opponent on HB2403 (Attachment 11) (Attachment 11A).
There being no further conferees, Chairperson Barker closed the hearing on HB2403.
