Chairman Sutton called for discussion and action and requested Jason Long, revisor's staff to give overview of the bill.
Representative Amyx moved to pass HB2419. Representative Wolfe Moore second. Following discussion, Chair Sutton distributed a balloon amendment on fee caps. (Attachment 1)
Chairman Sutton moved to amend HB2419 reflecting the language in the balloon amendment Representative Arnberger seconded, motion carried.
Following additional discussion, Rep. Waggoner offered a balloon amendment clarifying discrimination language. (Attachment 2)
Representative Waggoner moved, Representative French seconded to amend HB2419 as reflected in the balloon amendment. Motion carried.
Representative Amyx moved, to recommend HB2419 as amended favorably for passage. Representative Wolf Moore seconded. Motion carried.
Chairman Sutton adjourned the meeting at 3:30pm.
