Chairman Proehl asked Kent Selk, Senior Manager with Driver Services with the Kansas Division of Vehicles if there would be a loss of federal funds if this bill was passed. Mr. Selk said there would not be a loss of federal funds. More discussion followed. Representative Hoheisel moved to favorably pass HB2295, seconded by Representative Neelly. Motion carried.
