Kyle Hamilton, Office of the Revisor, gave a brief overview of SB40.
With no questions or discussion, Representative Newland, seconded by Representative Thompson, that SB40 be passed out of committee favorably. Motion carried.
Chairperson Rahjes noted that Brandi Miller, Kansas Cooperative Council, will give a Co-op 101 presentation on Tuesday, February 23, 2021. He also noted that there will be a committee meeting on February 24, 2021 for discussion and action on HB2336.
With no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 4:12 p.m.
