Chair Kelly announced consideration of working SB 15, and recognized David Wiese, Assistant Revisor of Statutes, (remote) who provided a refresher on SB 15.
Chair Kelly recognized Vice Chair Representative Nick Hoheisel.
Representative Nick Hoheisel made a motion to favorably pass SB 15. The motion was seconded by Ranking Minority Member Representative Rui Xu.
