Representative Delperdang moved an amendment to HB2014, (Attachment 7) seconded by Representative Hoheisel. Motion passed. Back on the bill as amended. Representative Delperdang moved to favorably pass HB2014, as amended, seconded by Representative Hoheisel. Motion carried.
Announcements
Chairman Proehl announced that the next Committee meeting will be on Wednesday, February 3rd at which time the Committee will hear HB2164, HB2165 and HB2167. He reminded everyone that Thursday, February 4th, will be the last regular meeting day this Committee will be accepting bill introductions.
