Chairperson Kerschen called for final action on SB40.
Tamera Lawrence of the Revisor of Statutes Office explained the bill.
An amendment to the bill was passed at the January 27 committee meeting.(Attachment 1)
Senator Francisco moved and Senator Ware seconded to recommend SB40, as amended,favorably for passage. Motion carried.
With no other business before the committee, Chairperson Kerschen adjourned the meeting at 8:40.
