Representative Wheeler moved, Representative Smith seconded, adoption of the proposed balloon amendment. The motion carried.
Representatives Highberger and Owens requested their 'Aye' vote be recorded. Representative Carmichael participated virtually off site; therefore, Representative Carmichael did not vote.
Representative Highberger moved to recommend HB2027, as amended, favorably for passage. Representative Wheeler seconded. The motion carried.
