19-26,114. Counties; certain resolutions void as against public policy. The administration, enactment or enforcement of any county resolution which conflicts with K.S.A. 2017 Supp. 12-16,130 or 12-16,131, and amendments thereto, is hereby declared to be void and against the public policy of this state. |
