Wayne Nelson presented testimony to the Committee in support of SB224 by saying this bill "can help make . . . possible infrastructure safety". (Attachment 3) He stood for questions.
Dee McKee presented testimony to the Committee in support of SB224 by saying "Kansas rural roads have high rates of deficiencies and high fatality rates; rural transportation system is in need of modernization to better support safety and economic growth".
