Chairperson Proctor closed the hearing on HB2106.

Chairperson Proctor asked for approval of the minutes for January 28, 2025 and January 30, 2025 and acknowledged Representative Penn.

Representative Penn moved, seconded by Representative Haskins to approve minutes from January 28, 2025. Motion passed.
