Senator Thompson offered an amendment on Senator Petersen's behalf (Attachment 2).

Senator Thompson moved, seconded by Senator Clifford, to approve the amendment as presented.  The motion carried.

Senator Claeys moved, seconded by Senator Francisco, to table discussion on SB 439 until the Senate Utilities Committee meets on Monday, February 16.  The motion carried.
