AN ACT concerning 2012 executive reorganization order no. 41; relating to the Kansas department for aging and disability services and the Kansas department for children and families; updating statutory references and making technical changes related thereto; amending K.S.A. 75-5309, 75-5904, 76-157, 76-158, 76-1238, 76-14a04 and 76-1519a and K.S.A. 2017 Supp. 21-5909, 22-3302, 36-502, 38-2006, 38-2212, 39-1702, 40-4702, 65-689, 65-6610, 75-7d01 and 75-5321aand repealing the existing sections; also repealing K.S.A. 76-371, 76-1510b and 76-1522 and K.S.A. 2017 Supp. 75-7033.
