AN ACT concerning agriculture; relating to the Kansas department of agriculture; activities requiring a live plant dealer's license; license renewal dates and late fees; authorizing the Kansas secretary of agriculture to charge and collect a late fee for any license, permit or registration that is not renewed prior to expiration; amending K.S.A. 47-1208 and 49-623 and K.S.A. 2017 Supp. 2-1014, 2-1421a, 2-2120, 2-2440, 2-2440b, 2-2445a, 2-2446, 2-2469, 2-2805, 2-2905, 36-505, 47-1001e, 47-1503, 47-1805, 47-2101, 65-691, 65-778, 74-576, 83-302 and 83-402 and repealing the existing sections.
