Mr. Wells provided an overview for HB2770 stating it provides a sales tax exemption for tangible personal property and services purchased by or with funds by the Ellis County Historical Society for constructing, maintaining , repairing, enlarging, furnishing or remodeling the Ellis County Courthouse.  Mr. Wells stood for questions from the Committee.

Representative Ken Rahjes testified as a proponent for HB2770 (Attachment 23).  Mr. Rahjes stood for questions from the Committee.
