Chairperson Baumgardner called the meeting to order.
Senator Kerschen took a point of personal privilege.
Senator Bollier moved SB450 and it was seconded by Senator McGinn.
Senator Bollier offered an amendment for a consistent way to calculate the 2.5 miles. She noted that they can let the Kansas Board of Education make that decision. (Attachment 1)
Questions were presented and answered.
Senator Bollier moved the amendment and it was seconded by Senator Estes. The motion passed unanimously with the exception of Senator Denning, who was not present.
Senator Bollier offered a technical amendment. She noted that it is the same balloon as yesterday. (Attachment 2)
