Chairperson Baumgardner moved SB352 and it was seconded by Senator Bollier.
An amendment that was handed out yesterday was presented again. Mr. Myers reviewed the previously presented amendment. No questions were asked of Mr. Myers. (Attachment 3)
Senator Goddard moved to adopt the amendments to SB352 and it was seconded by Chairperson Baumgardner. The motion passed.
Chairperson Baumgardner motioned to move SB450 into SB352. The motion was seconded by Senator Kerschen. The motion passed.
Senator Bollier motioned to move SB352 as amended favorably out of committee and it was seconded by Senator Estes.
Questions were presented by the Committee before proceeding.
The Committee voted on previous motion. The motion passed.
