Chairperson Schmidt reopened the hearing on HB2496.
Carol Moreland stood for questions from committee members.
Chairperson Schmidt called attention to page two of Carol Moreland's testimony that had been omitted from her testimony on March 21, 2018.
Andy Copeland, ARJ Infusion testified as a proponent for HB2496 stating that passage of the Compact legislation and prompt implementation by the Kansas Board of Nursing, is critical to allowing Kansas to remain competitive in a rapidly changing health care environment; one that now relies more heavily on telephonic and remote support of patients. (Attachment 1)
