Chairperson Baumgardner called the meeting to order.
Nick Myers, Office of Revisor of Statutes, went over the bill in detail.
Neutral testimony was provided by Mark Tallman, Kansas Association of School Boards. Mr. Tallman discussed their concerns and if there are dollars left available to address the Gannon case. (Attachment 1)
Senator Denning gave a brief history on the bill.
Chairperson Baumgardner asked for Committee questions. With no questions presented, Chairperson Baumgardner closed the hearing.
