Mr, Wells provided an overview on HB2763 stating it would provide a sales tax exemption for the Ronald McDonald Charities of Wichita, Inc. for any contractor hired for construction, maintenance, repairing, enlarging, furnishing or remodeling of facilities.  Mr. Wells stood for questions from the Committee.

Senator Oletha Faust-Goudeau testified as a proponent for HB2763  (Attachment 5).  Senator Faust-Goudeau stood for questions from the Committee.

Stuart Ray, Board Member Ronald McDonald House Charities, Wichita and Susan Smythe, CEO/Executive Director Ronald McDonald House Charities, Wichita testified as proponents to HB2763 (Attachment 6).  Ms. Smythe and Mr. Ray stood for questions from the Committee.
