Representative Trimmer moved, Representative Whipple seconded, to recommend HB2764 favorably for passage.
A proposed balloon amendment to HB2764 was distributed. (Attachment 1) Representative Blex reviewed the amendment, which would add public land employees to those included in the bill. Representative Blex responded to questions from the Committee.
Representative Blex moved, Representative Eplee seconded, to adopt the proposed balloon amendment to HB2764. Motion carried.
Representative Trimmer moved, Representative Weigel seconded, to recommend HB2764, as amended, favorably for passage. Motion carried.
