Chairperson Tyson opened a hearing on SB367.
Adam Siebers presented to the Committee an explanation of SB367. He stood for questions.
Don McNeely presented testimony to the Committee in support of SB367 by requesting "reinstatement of the sales tax exemption associated with motor vehicle manufacturer rebates that was unfortunately allowed to sunset on June 30, 2009". (Attachment 1) He stood for and answered numerous questions.
No testimony neutral to or in opposition to SB367 was presented to the Committee.
When all questions from the Committee were answered, Chairperson Tyson closed the hearing on SB367.
