Short Title

Providing for payroll deductions for indemnity insurance.

Zach Fridell, Assistant Revisor, explained HB2634 and handed out a memorandum (Attachment1}.

John Milburn testified that the bill allows to have indemnity insurance deductions from payroll checks.  It had been by proviso but this would make it a law with this bill.  The proviso is set to end June 30, 2018(Attachment2).

Discussion followed. There being no further conferees, Chairperson Sutton closed the hearing on HB2634.
